1. Complete a Research-Validated Assessment

When you join a DISC for Small Business program, your team members receive an email inviting them to complete a 20-minute online personality assessment. 

Each participant responds to about 80 questions, rating behavioral statements on a five-point scale to shine a light on work style and preferences, all based on the DISC framework.

Hi, I’m Michelle!
